[b]REASON THEY'D BE A FIT LEAD:[/b] Well, I have no argument for his being a better lead than any other wolverine. He's pretty regular: aggressive, competitive, an opportunist, and a good dad and mate (or, he will be one). But he would be a good lead for the mountain because he could take down or at least sufficiently intimidate less combative animals, including canines and cats. And really, who else is going to want the mountain?
