Just a question and a suggestion for ya.

1. I noticed that there needs to be log books, yet there's no bored to post your log slates in perhaps I overlooked it or something. But if there isn't I think it would be cool to put one up. ^^

2. I noticed its an all animal rp site and I've been one before. That being said I noticed something with the lands that perhaps you guys might want to use. Its says on the boards Lead does the mean only one animal and pack. On my past site we had like Lead Canine/Cat Lead Horse, and then Lead other or other animals like a Hyena could fit into either cat or dog. Its really cool cause you can have a horse lead a herd while a wolf leads a pack in the same land and it works.

i'm going to agree and support your first suggestion, ryder. i think that we should have a log board :3 it gives me something to do in my time spent waiting for replies xDD

however, i'm going to disagree with your second suggestion. while i can see the benefits of allowing different species to each have their own group in a single land (as it would be more realistic and also cause more IC conflict and therefore more activity), i am also going to say that it will be unrealistic. it is highly unlikely that, say for example, a pack of domestic dogs and a clan of hyenas to co-exist in the same territory. first off, the hyenas are far bigger and stronger, and would easily decimate the domestic dogs. second, the habitat couldn't support two groups of carnivores in the same area. that said, i believe it could be a little more realistic and beneficial if we allow herbivores and carnivores to co-exist. if a herd of wildebeest and a herd of gazelle live in the same territory as a clan of hyenas, then the hyenas get food, and the herbivore herds get territory. make sense?

For your second, i do not agree. it was a good idea, but not for this site. it just doesn't really fit in my mind , and Crow explained the exact same thought I had. Sometimes we need to be original and follow the basics, but I just don't fancy this idea. We don't want to copy, ya know? Not trying to be rude or mean, C: Hope you understand, but a good idea maybe for some other site![/color][/size]

1. Glad you guys agreed with that.
2. Addressing Crow: I can see your point, and yeah Hyena's would wipe out the dogs, but I was kind of more thinking I should have said this clear Hyena's and Lions live in the same area and to have a lead pride and Hyena pack could be interesting. but I agree having like herbivores and carnivores could be cool and such.
2. Addressing Toe: I can see that, totally that's why I ask for feed back ^^. Perhaps later we can do something with lands having more then one leader if we ever use it. Like you said it might not be right for this site now or ever.

I'm super glad this board is getting some use, because I'm always open to more opinions on how to run the site smoothly, if it will keep you guys all happy. C: So, thanks for taking the time to post--I really appreciate it. On that note, to the suggestions...

001. Thank you so much for pointing this out. A log board has been created, and is now ready to use.

002. Unfortunately, although it's a great idea, I'm also going to have to decline for the time being--at least until we have more members. If we were to have three leads per land, and there is eight lands, that would be twenty-four leaders alone. Personally, I think that's setting the site up for a position where there will end up being more leads and groups then there would be actual members in each group. As well, like the others stated, it would be somewhat unrealistic. For the time being, I'm going to stick to my original plan. There will, however, be lands that get added gradually over time. But shh, it's a secret. C;
